This scar is a speck on my porcelain skin.

I have a lot of writing to do.
I have a short write due before class on Wednesday. 300 words on a time where I
learned a process and got better at it through repetition; like tying my shoes. I really can't think of a anything I learned by trying over and over. I guess I get to make up a story and show off my sweet story telling abilities. Yeah, I wish it worked like that...

Then I have to write a Literacy Narrative on something I've learned that has to do with literacy in some sense. I had to email my teacher 3 topics to write about, they were:
*Attending the WVU writer’s workshop
*The first time I read my favorite book
*Writing my first short story
She said she really liked the first and third ones, so I'm thinking about going with the 3rd.
I'll probably use the Writers workshop for my shortwrite...I'll just bs about how I learned different styles of writing by writing in a different style each day.

Then, I have a screenplay shortwrite to do.
I have no clue how to even begin.

I don't wanna write.
Well, I do...
just not this stuff.

Also, I was looking through my old livejournal entries, and I realized how much I hate who I used to be.

I'm glad I grew up a little.

When there's nothing left to burn, you have to set yourself on fire.

If you haven't heard 'Your ex-lover is dead' by Stars, I suggest listening to it. It's quite amazing. The lyrics make my heart feel all weird and floaty.

Nothing very interesting happened today. I cleaned my room and did some laundry. Now I'm waiting for $40 worth of dominos to get here. :]

I found this while stumbling today. It's a little fucked up, but I'm in love with it.

Promise not to stop when I say when...

Is it strange that I really want to see the Notorious B.I.G movie? Cause I think it looks pretty amazing. Maybe it's just the lack of sleep...
I was asleep for about 4 hours...then someone starting banging on Jeremiah's door and I've been awake ever since.
I didn't go to any classes today, mainly because I wasn't aware I had homework until about 30 min before class started...and I hate going to class without homework. It makes me feel like the teacher might think I'm an idiot, plus the assignment was to be presented in front of the class and I didn't want to get up there and be like, "Yeah...I don't have it..." Then I didn't go to theatre mainly because it was -3 degrees outside and I really didn't think it was worth it.
Also, the Tim and Eric awesome show is quite possibly the greatest thing ever.
I wish I could fall back asleep...

lazercats (12:29:02 AM): pretty much

So yeah. That was the most exciting part of my day. Only had 3 classes today. I went to two of them :] English was pretty okay, we learned to define Literacy and had to make a literacy time line of the important times in our life. We also had to draw pictures of the most defining moment. While everyone else wrote and drew about learning to ride a bike or play an instrument, I decided to write about when I was told where meat came from. The picture caused many a laugh. Apparently it's difficult to believe a 4 year-old can decide they don't want to eat meat anymore.
I think I'm really going to like this class. So far the people I've had to be put in groups with are very friendly and interesting, so my fear of people seems to disappear for a moment.
I really was going to go to theatre today, but one of the prt stations were broke down and the line was loooooong. And I was hungry. So we turned back. I doubt we would have gone over anything too important on the 2nd day of class anyways.
My last class was Psychology as a Profession which seems like it should be quite simple. While the professor was going over the syllabus and everything there was a couple in the back of the room that refused to stop talking. They didn't even bother to whisper. And it infuriated me. I found it quite obnoxious.
In other news, it is snowing profusely here in Morgantown and I'm hoping my one class will be canceled tomorrow :] It's supposed to be in the negatives Thursday night :[ I don't like this weather.
My Anthropology class isn't until 2:30 tomorrow, but I have to get up somewhat early to go work out with Brittanni. I'm kinda hoping there will be like 15 feet of snow so I have an excuse not to go. I'm probably the laziest person on earth.
I also need to get my check cashed sometime tomorrow so I can start buying books and pay my housing deposit for next semester. So far my total book cost is $451.90. That's not including whatever I'll need for my math workshop. College is expensive :[ I'm beginning to think I should run off with the circus. And now I want to watch Mirror Mask.
That's it for now.
I think I might watch Conan :]

we need to find a way, just to keep our desire alive

So today was my first day of the new semester and of course I couldn't sleep one fucking hour last night. I've been thinking of taking a nap, but I know I wont be able to sleep again tonight if I do. I've made it this far I may as well stay up until my last class. I had English this morning at 8:30 and I was still in a fairly good mood. I was put in a group (which is pretty much what I fear in every one of my classes) and I had to learn their names and majors and something we all shared in common. This is what I learned: Kaylin and Jacob were in my group. Kaylin is a pre-med major and Jacob is a business management major. We all like cats, theatre/movies, were wearing blue jeans, and had brown eyes. Why am I sharing this? Because it is as pointless to me as it is to you. I did learn, however, that I will have to participate in a e-magazine and can blog the class notes for 15 bonus points. We were also given our first assignment today, a 300-500 word paper on a time that we communicated well. I'm thinking I'll write about when I met that french girl at the beach when I was like 6 or 7 and spent all day talking to her. Neither of us had any idea what the other was saying, but for that day we were best friends. We even made a sandcastle together. Then some bigger kids came and knocked it down. So I chased them away with my little plastic shovel.
I digress.
I think I'm really going to like my theatre class. It doesn't seem we will be doing much other than reading Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet and learning about sets and costumes. Then there are 3 required shows we have to attend. They're performing Sweeney Todd next month, but it's not one of the requirements.
I only have one class left today, but it's not until 7 tonight...and it's 3 hours long :[ I'm really hoping it's going to be interesting.
That's it so far.
I'll probably be back with updates later.
Because I have nothing better to do.

2 days, seven hours, 42 minutes...

I'm counting it down. :]
Did you know Rick Astley has a greatest hits album? It's amazing.
I'm reading a collection of short stories by Stephen King, "Just After Sunset" and I would really like to finish it soon but I can't seem to concentrate long enough to read. I've already broken my new years resolution. I swore to myself that I would write in my journal (non-virtual one) at least once a day, and I have yet to write in it once this year. I really don't feel like doing much of anything anymore...I've been feeling quite lazy. I'd like to blame it on my hypothyroidism but I know it's just because I've spent the majority of these past two weeks laying in bed with my laptop. All of that will be changing soon though...next week I will be working out every Tuesday, Thursday, and occasionally Friday. I stopped taking my meds so I really need to start doing something. Also, within this month I will be getting a vertical labret and my septum pierced :] I'm quite, quite excited.
I'm hoping to find a ride to the "Rough and Rowdy" this Friday because Hannah will be fighting in it. She's going to kick some major ass :D
I really hope my check from financial aid will be in my mailbox when I get back to my dorm. I'm already getting e-mails from teachers telling about reading assignments so I suppose I should start buying books as soon I get back. I really don't want to fall behind this semester.
Also, Madalyn your dog peed in the floor...twice. I stepped in it. :[

I took a train back, back to where I came from.

So, today was pretty amazing. Madalyn and I got to hang out with Hannah all day and it was quite nice. I can't remember the last time I got to see her. First we went to Booksamillion and Hannah introduced us to a couple of her friends and we talked to them for a while, then we ordered some pomegranate lemonade slushie type things with whip cream. After deciding not to key the car of the woman that had stolen Hannah's parking spot as we arrived in the parking lot, we went to Marquee and watched The Spirit, which was fucking amazing. The hero reminded me of Matt Skiba with his red tie and nifty hat. Then, we went to ihop in Kanawha City and I got a Belgian waffle with strawberries and a fruit drink with orange juice, strawberries, and sprite which is AHHMAZING. So in conclusion, Hannah = awesome and I need to spend more time with her. :]

Another week and I'll be back in Morgantown. I'm pretty excited. I like coming back home and seeing friends, but I'm pretty much through with going back home. I'm pretty much living with Madalyn right now because Mom's boyfriend is a dick and mom wont stick up for me, so I'm done with being yelled at and criticized over everything. Plus in Morgantown, I pretty much live with Jeremiah which is nice. When I'm at my house I'm pretty much not allowed to see him...so I'm definitely ready to go back.

Also, "Repo! The genetic opera" comes out Jan. 20, and I'm super stoked :D
Horror-musicals are always amazing.
